Bright as Yellow

I think, as I’ve gotten a few more sponsors behind me that the long blogposts will have to take a step back at times. Now those who knows me, also know how much I love writing, and that’s a major part of the reason why I started this blog in the first place, so for that reason, it won’t disappear at all.. It’ll just be a littler shorter, and a little rarer. It’s a sacrifice I’ll have to make if I want to honor the creators who are so kind as to show me faith in blogging their items…
I’ve been feeling a little behind lately, and having internet trouble that makes my inworld time sparse recently, is not helping.

*Bubblefish* have been asked to be a guest designer at the new round at the Co-Op Event, and she’s joined them by putting up two exclusive bikinis for sale. This was my favourite.. I’m in a real yellow mood lately.. 🙂

Back To The 80’s

I wasn’t around much in the 80’s actually.. And no, it wasn’t because I was to busy partying to notice a decade pass by, but because I was born in 1988, the 90’s happened before I got a chance to say, “Whatchu talkin’ ‘about, Willis?”
A lot of stuff happened during the 80’s, as it does in any other decade, and most of it is stuff I have no knowledge of whatsoever.. Therefore, I see very little reason to go into politics and economics right now.
Let us instead talk a little about the fashion of this particular time in history, shall we?

Quite a few hairstyles became popular during this era, like the perm and mullet. It had to be big.. The bigger the better.
At the same time, movies and music videos heavily inspired the fashion industry. Movies like Top Gun made the aviator sunglasses incredibly popular, and Madonna sent the World into a faux jewelry frenzy.. As with hair, you had better go big or go home. So to speak.
Bright and over the top is what you’ll see with a single google search.

But enough about that. There is 10 years to go over if we have to cover it all, and you don’t want to read all that.
