How About Now, Big Boy?

Taking a look at my dvd collection, it’s quite obvious which genre I tend to go towards when I’m bored out of my mind on a Sunday, and then same applies for my waiting list on Netflix.. It’s fast paced, it’s dark and last, but not least, it’s bloody.
There is always a chance when watching movies with me that I won’t find it very interesting unless someone have lost their life within the first 20 minutes. Macabre? Yeah perhaps.. But I’m not a violent person. Alright, alright.. my common reference as to hunting someone down with a baseball bat is not to be taken into consideration here ^^

My inspiration for this post has come from two things.. It started when my fellow blogger Amelie (check blog here) and I went to AMITOMO to shop around. I came across the vendor poster for the school uniform gatcha that was at the Okinawa Summer Festival. The festival have just ended, but I have a feeling you’ll be able to find the gatcha in the mainstore now.
The uniform made me think of my alltime favourite revenge movie.. Kill Bill!
God I love that movie, even though I hated it the first time I saw it and thought my parents tv was broken when everything suddenly turned black and white.. Ah, youth.
Anyone familiar with the movie can probably tell that I’ve attemped to create a Gogo Yubari outfit, and yes, I know she uses a meteor hammer as a weapon, but I was looking for an excuse to buy the katana from tsg, so bear with me ♥

I’ve Got You Under My Skin

From the time I was able to actually buy a skin myself, I stuck to Glam Affair because it was recommended to me. Then I read a lot about Pink Fuel skin, and decided to try those out. I’ve never actually searched for any other before now, and boy am I happy I did. I don’t want you to get me wrong. Glam Affair and Pink Fuel have some of the most stunning skins, but I am now addint Essences to that list.

If you’ve been following this blog at all, you will have seen how terrible I am at sticking to my shape and skin. Whether it’s because I get bored, or simply because I enjoy the option of change, I honestly can’t tell you. I have no idea..

Second Life gives us so many options, it’s sometimes hard to choose. Where to go? What to buy? What to do? In my opinion, there is no right answer. We all have our choice, and some people will find them strange no matter what.
I for one, have to admit that it’s the child avis I find difficult to understand. But as time have moved on, and I’ve gotten a little older, I see the joy it bring the parents of those children, to have them in their lives, and with that I can’t dispute.

I might just stick with my pets for now though if that’s okay? ^^
